Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack.
• WC and hand basin.

First floor: 2 bedrooms

• one with a 160*200 bed (Queen/King size)
• one with two 80*190 beds (Twin/Single) + extra single bed
• shower room with two sinks
• WC

Exterior:
Large, south-facing wooden terrace, private garden, garden furniture and parasol, barbecue. Access to a large orchard with outdoor games for children, two pétanque courts and a badminton net. Parking.
