* On the ground floor:

• Lounge dining room, with open fireplace, sofa, armchair, television and board games. Open kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hotplate, dishwasher, washing machine, and other small electrical appliances; set of crockery and cutlery; ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes rack.

* Upstairs:

• Bedroom 1 : bed 160×200 cm
• Bedroom 2 : two beds 80×190 cm + one extra bed
• Shower room with two wash basins
• Separate wc

* Outside:

• Large wooden, south facing terrace, private garden equipped with garden furniture and a parasol
• Barbecue
• Access to the orchard where there are outdoor toys for children and two special areas to play ‘boules’
• Parking spaces

We are able to provide baby chairs and equipement on request.
