• large dining room (large table for 12 settings if both gîte families gather) and very well-equipped American kitchen: fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, small electrical equipment…, all crockery equipment. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack.
• WC and hand basin,
• large living room with fireplace, sofas, armchair, television, DVD player, board games.

First floor: 3 bedrooms

• one with a 160 x 200 bed (Queen/King size), small sitting area, and private bathroom,
• one with a 160 x 200 bed (Queen/King size),
• one with three 80 x 190 beds (possibility to convert to one 160 bed + one 80 bed)
• shower room with two sinks shared by these last two bedrooms,
• WC

Exterior:
Large, south-facing wooden terrace, private garden, garden furniture and parasol, barbecue. Access to a large orchard with outdoor games for children, two pétanque courts and a badminton net. Parking.

Baby equipment available for loan.
