Full equiped with fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hotplate, dishwasher, washing machine, and other small electrical appliances; full set of crockery and cutlery for 12; ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner and clothes rack. Electrically healed.

• Larfe living room with open fireplace, sofas, arm chairs, television and board games.

* Upstairs:

• Bedroom 1 : bed 1.60m * 2.00m, small sitting area, en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 : bed 1.60m * 2.00m
• Bedroom 3 : three beds 0.80m * 1.90 m, can be converted to give one double bed (1.60m * 1.90m) and single bed.
• Shower room with two wash basins (doors to bedroom 2 & 3 )
• Separate wc

* Outside:

• Large wooden, south facing terrace, private garden equipped with garden furniture and a parasol
• Barbecue
• Access to the orchard where there are outdoor toys for children and two special areas to play 'boules'
• Parking spaces
